About the Shaweh Scholarship Fund
The Shaweh Scholarship Fund is a cherished annual tradition at the Shaweh Conference, created to uplift and empower young adults who are stepping boldly into their God-given visions. More than just financial support, this scholarship is part of Shaweh Hour’s culture of recognizing and investing in future leaders who embody faith, resilience, and purpose.
Since its beginning, the Shaweh Scholarship has supported remarkable individuals, including our first recipient Monica, who is now graduating law school after receiving a $500 scholarship in 2022. In 2024, we proudly awarded scholarships to a PhD student heading to Yale University for computer science, a master’s student studying theology, and an undergraduate student at the University of Houston-Downtown.
Who We Support:
- Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students
- Aspiring leaders in ministry, academics, entrepreneurship, or community work
- Young adults ready to act on their vision and create positive impact
Our Values
Requirements:
- Attend the annual Shaweh Conference
- Be an engaged member of the Shaweh Hour community (through Bible studies, events, or volunteer work)
